A lawyer specialising in corporate finance and major commercial projects for clients who are mainly owner managed. He is a trouble-shooter, identifying and solving legal and business. challenges. He has been legal counsel on buyer- and seller-side accountancy practice deals and has worked on buyer- and seller-side deals for an aggregator in a related professional services sector.

Kevin is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a track record of building significant value from new and current businesses. He established Intrinsic Financial Services and Bell Penny, pursuing a similar strategy to Accurox but in the IFA sector, he raised over £25m and grew the businesses to over 300 employees over a three-year period with an annual turnover of over £100m and funds under management of over £3bn.
Melanie Griffiths
Group Finance and Operations
Melanie is a seasoned finance and operation manager. She is responsible for overseeing the finance team and its running including Credit Control. Prior to joining Accurox. Melanie, worked for a successful IT company and a VC backed company dealing with finances, payroll, and operations. Melanie has extensive experience of working on mergers and due diligence projects. She has an extensive experience In digital transformation projects, working with clients and other partnerships on keeping and maintaining digital records.
Faheem Lodhi

Faheem is an experienced business manager, who has been successfully heading group operations in Pakistan. Previously he worked with large U.K. based accounting firms.
Abdul Salam FCCA
Head of Accounting Services, Xero Specialist
Abdul is a highly experienced fellow member of chartered certified accountant FCCA and has more than eight years of diverse experience in practice that proves his long-term commitment to the profession and towards clients.
He has Xero advisor certification and built his knowledge and strengths in financial reporting, UK taxation, analysis, compliance, system and data analysis. He is good in dealing with Companies House and HMRC matters.
Jason Malik

Jason head of client care and success, has previously worked for large accounting practice, dealing with integration and practice management. He brings wealth of experience in software’s such as Pixie, Senta and Sales Force and mail chimp. Jason also oversees compliance and regulatory aspects of the practices such as AML checks and KYC. Jason also helps in forming close working relationships and ensure that customer service targets are met.
Mohammed Asif ACCA
Head Of Service Delivery Dubai
Mohammed is an ACCA Member with 12 Years experience in UK and Dubai accounting/taxation.
He is an expert in Management Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT Preparation, Accounts finalization and Data Migration. He can also provide support to clients in relation to Xero & Quickbooks online accounting software.
He loves outdoor activities, hoteling and cricket.
Muhammad Luqman ACCA

Muhammad Luqman is a Chartered Certified Accountant who has experience in working in various fields including compliance, audits and tax. He enjoys working through his client’s problems and ensures he provides thorough and well researched solutions. Luqman is a father of 3 children: a daughter and twin baby boys. When he gets the chance, Luqman enjoys playing badminton and cricket as well as watching tennis and cricket matches. On weekends, he often gives time to charity work.
